Comprehensive inspection shall include at least the following items:

1., pot inspection: drum internal parts installation is correct, is there any tools or debris left in the furnace?. The manhole and hand hole can be closed before checking.
1.6噸熱水鍋爐鍋內檢查：鍋筒內部件安裝是否正確，是否有工具或雜物遺留在爐內。經檢查確認后方可關閉人孔、手孔。
2., outside the examination: the main inspection furnace, flue internal accumulation or blockage, the furnace internal wall is intact, whether there are cracks, convex brick, fall off phenomenon.
2.鍋外檢查：主要檢查爐膛、煙道內部是否有積存物或堵塞，爐膛內墻是否完好，有無裂縫、凸磚、脫落現象。
3. fire grate inspection: check the necessary gap between the movable part of the grate and the fixed part, and check whether the handle of the movable grate is free or not, whether it can reach the required position or not.
3.爐排檢查：主要檢查爐排活動部分與固定部分之間的必要間隙，檢查活動爐排的扳動手柄推拉是否自如，能否達到規(guī)定位置。
4. fan inspection: to fan inspection, first hand plate, dynamic coupling or drive V-belt, inspection, inspection, movement, static two parts, whether there is friction, collision, stuck and other anomalies. Fan inlet control board switch should be flexible and tight.
4.風機檢查：對風機檢查，先用手盤動聯(lián)軸器或傳動三角帶，檢查檢查動、靜二部分有無摩擦、碰撞、卡住等異常情況。風機入口調節(jié)板開關應靈活嚴密。
